At Belli & Streit Orthodontics the health and well-being of our patients, employees, and community is a top priority. With the news of the rapid spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to advise you of an additional step, beyond CDC and WHO measures, we are taking to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
We are asking that the adult accompanying our patient, please remain in your car and text the patient’s first name and last name to 330-673-6411 when you arrive. We will text you back when it is time for the patient to come in for their appointment. When their appointment is finished, we will call you to give a summary of that day’s adjustment, schedule the next appointment and answer any questions you may have.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS WHERE IT IS NECESSARY THAT WE MUST HAVE THE PARENT/GUARDIAN PRESENT IN OUR OFFICE FOR THE PATIENT APPOINTMENT:
1. New Patient Examination
2. New start of orthodontic treatment
3. Conference appointment (to discuss diagnosis, treatment plan, and possible start of
orthodontic therapy)
We ask that each person who enters our reception room use the hand sanitizer that will be present there.
In addition, we ask that you voluntarily reschedule your appointment under the following conditions:
* If you have symptoms of illness such as fever, coughing, nausea, runny nose, or sore
throat
* If you have traveled by plane out of the United States during the past two weeks
* If you have known contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19
We will be contacting currently scheduled, non-essential appointments and ask you to reach out to us after May 1, 2020 so we may reschedule to later dates.
